When you complete your purchase at fstopgear.com, we automatically send an order confirmation to the email address your provided. We will get an authorization from your method of payment, however we do not withdraw funds until we ship your order. We submit processed orders for payment each weekday, Monday through Friday. Orders received and approved by 11:00am CST in USA and 9:00am CET in Europe are shipped same day from warehouses in St. Louis, MO (for USA, Canada, Asia) or Netherlands (for Europe). Orders received and approved later in the day are shipped the following business day, excluding shipping holidays such as New Years, Thanksgiving, or Christmas in the United States.
Once we fulfill your order (process, approve charges, and ship items), we automatically send a confirmation email is to the e-mail address you provided. This confirmation includes details of the products in your order and a tracking number so you can get an estimated delivery date from the carrier. Tracking details are generally available within 24 hours after an order leaves one of our warehouses, however it may take up to 48 hours for certain destinations.
